The Church Is Born... Acts 2

“The Church Is Born” explores the events of Acts 2, where God poured out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, fulfilling Old Testament prophecy and giving birth to the Church. As the Holy Spirit filled the Apostles, they proclaimed the mighty works of God in many languages, opening the door for Peter to boldly preach the risen and exalted Jesus as the Messiah, in whom Salvation is delivered to all who believe in Him. The Word brought deep conviction, calling people to repent, be baptized, and receive the gift of salvation through the Spirit. The result was a Spirit-filled church marked by devotion to God’s Word, prayer, worship, and genuine fellowship, expressed through sacrificial community and shared life. Through this powerful work, the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
